Artist Mario V. Fernandez revisits the rural life as he incorporates agriculture, endangered animals, and rare fauna in his coming show “Carabao Riders”. These works mirror the artist’s fascination with folkways as he builds pathways to the past and to our ancestors. The artist also explores the realm of symbols as he juxtaposes images and icons to create a vision of reality and reverie.
The exhibit runs from 3 July to 31 July 2010 at NOVA Gallery, Warehouse 12A, La Fuerza Compound, 2241 Don Chino Roces Ave., Makati City.
