Richeson School of Art & Gallery, a division of Jack Richeson & Co., Inc., is proud to announce Richeson 75 Landscape, Seascape & Architectural 2010 Competition. 75 two-dimensional works of art and several alternates will be selected to represent the finest examples of painting and drawing being produced by today’s visual artists. $7,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded. Open to all artists over age 18. 2-D Art in the following categories is eligible: "Oils, Oil Pastel, Paintstiks" - "Other Media" (pastels, pencil, ink, water media, hand-pulled prints etc.). The Jack Richeson Company is a leading supplier of high quality art materials. As part of our mission to support the arts community we sponsor five international, juried art exhibitions a year. The purpose of our show is to offer a venue for both established and emerging artists to show their latest work to a wide and appreciative audience. Each show is physically presented in the Richeson Art Gallery in Kimberly Wisconsin and virtually presented at the Richeson 75 web site. We also extend our reach through an interactive newsletter, the Richeson Virtual Art Salon, to thousands of galleries, collectors and artists around the world.

NEW IN 2010: Artists may enter up to 3 works in each eliågible category, but a maximum of 7 artworks total. For example, you may choose to enter 2 pieces in Oils, 3 in Dry Media and 1 in Water Media. Or you may choose to enter 1 work in Oils, 3 works in Water Media and none in Dry Media. Of course, you may still enter 1, 2 or 3 works in a single category as always. An artist IS eligible for a prize in each media entered/juried in.
