Into the New Horizon: IFUGAO, by Gualberto B. Lumauig, will be launched on Saturday, July 19, 2008 at Club Filipino Grrenhills. The author, first Governor of Ifugao, then Assemblyman, Congressman and later Ambassador, served under four presidents in a span of 40 years of his career. The book's foreword was written by former Education Secretary Onofre OD Corpuz.
