Artist’s statement:
Through my paintings, I would like to express the innocent character of my two children. When engaged in their daily activities, they are simple and plain. They do what they want to do, according to what their heart wants. But if these innocent acts were to be performed by adults, we might feel awkward, strange, unusual. Sometimes it might even be seen as a wrongdoing which is criticized and frowned upon by society.
