MALAYA
My Little Art Place brings together over 100 visual artists for a Philippine Independence Day offering – Malaya. An exhibition that breaks across boundaries & borders with a collection of works from various artists throughout the country and around the world. The Contemporary Masters, the up & coming, and art students all unite for freedom & expression. Dator, Baldemar,Alaunas, Anecito, Conneal, Paredes, Salamat, Convocar, Santos, Lalu, De Juras, Jacob, Gavino, Acasio, de Jesus, Ramos, Lamadrid, Villarruz, Marin, Pigao, Cruz, Bonayog, Alinsasaguin, Samson, iPOT will be among the exhibit artists for the event.
The opening night will be graced by the Artist Association of the Philippines President, Buds Convocar with a short talk on the Art Industry in the Philippines and performance art from leading graffiti artists. Opening on June 13, 2009, Saturday, 6PM at My Little Art Place, 222 Wilson Street, Greenhills, San Juan. Exhibit will run until June 30, 2009.
